Kayla Moncayo is an HR Executive with over a decade of experience in full cycle HR. Kayla has worked for the government, big tech, start-ups, and private equity firms globally. Kayla specializes in Employee Relations and Employment Law, and has spoken at global and national conferences for the last ten years. Outside of Employee Relations, Kayla loves building resilient, innovative, brave HR teams that can tackle even the toughest challenges with transparency and a little/lot of humor.
When Kayla isn’t working she and her partner are managing all six of their dogs (plus two cats), and she’s forcing her partner to listen to every single Taylor Swift lyric available. Kayla loves to work out at the gym, she’s an avid reader, and she is wildly passionate about serving local Domestic Violence shelters.
